The information and communication programme is focused on disseminating the findings of research studies undertaken by CENWOR and developing a comprehensive data base that provides access to knowledge on gender and women’s issues in Sri Lanka and worldwide. Traditional and digital media as well as face to face communication are used for dissemination of information.

CENWOR was a pioneer in using ICT in its work and introducing ICT to women’s NGOs. CENWOR promotes the development of ICT enabled information resource centres in the wider community and especially among NGOs.
